Job Evaluation

The Job Evaluation project forms part of a national agreement between employers and support staff trade unions – UNISON, GMB and UNITE – to ensure that Equal Pay underpins all aspects of pay and reward for the purposes of National Bargaining. College Employers Scotland and trade unions are committed to joint ownership of this Job Evaluation process.
