Our Work

College Employers Scotland represents the employers’ views on national pay, terms and conditions for college staff. We work with our members to lead collective negotiations with the trade unions – EIS-FELA, UNISON, GMB and UNITE – to achieve the best possible affordable agreements and ensure that colleges are great places to work.

Negotiations and agreements are completed through the National Joint Negotiating Committee.

College Employers Scotland also supports our members by providing advice and guidance on national employment matters and implementation of agreements.
