Comment on UNISON's Ballot Result
Gavin Donoghue, Director of College Employers Scotland, said:
“The fact UNISON failed to meet their ballot threshold is a sign that the vast majority of their members recognise there is already a fair pay offer on the table from college employers. This offer is more than teachers, police officers and fire officers have accepted.
"We would urge support staff to accept this pay offer and continue their hard work in supporting students finish this academic year.”
